Tianjin Service Outsourcing Association:Drawing the past and charting for the future

Tianjin Service Outsourcing Association held its Annual Conference on April 2nd. In the conference, SGS as well as other 30 advanced enterprises and organizations is commended. They also exchanged experience of the Asymchem Inc. and other two enterprises’ innovation development. At last, they summed up the work of the association in 2013 and put forward specific measures for the innovation development of the enterprises in 2014.

In 2013, Tianjin service outsourcing enterprises stood up against the pressure the rate fluctuations, the rising of the costs, intense competition on home and overseas markets,and they kept on creating and innovating with efforts to expand the two market in order to maintain the outsourcing industry in Tianjin sustained and sound development. The total outsourcing executive volume of the top 10 commended enterprises was 950 million USD, accounting for 49.3% of the total outsourcing executive volume of Tianjin. Among them, offshore executive volume reached 370 million USD, accounting for 34.8% of the total outsourcing executive volume of Tianjin. The average growth rate of the ten growing enterprises was 83.3% annually. Ten innovation enterprises owned technology awards, intellectual property rights and accreditation domestic and abroad with a number of 291 in total. The one time employment rate of the graduates the best training organizations was above 91%. These awarded enterprises and organizations became the representatives of Tianjin outsourcing industry, presenting the bent on making progress, moving ahead in defiance of difficulties, adjustment innovation and fighting bravely for higher target.

Zhenjin Shi summed up the work of 2013 in the conference and deployed the work in 2014. The guiding ideology of the association in 2014 is: “taking the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteen Central Committee as the action guide, carefully implementing the policies set by the government and Commerce Commission on service outsourcing, leading by reform, centering by servicing the enterprises, conscientiously implementing the vice-mayor’ general requirement on the exploring new ways to service the enterprises, insisting on “innovation service, strengthening cohesion, raising the level and mixture the development” and we should service the enterprises according to the following seven fields:

Firstly, we should promote the implementing of the policies on servicing the enterprises. We should coordinate the work of the government and guarantee the cumulative effect of the policies in order to promote the implementing of the support policies on servicing the outsourcing enterprises. Focusing on the three special subjects that are restructuring, technology development and financial services, we will conduct training classes to make the enterprises to know the macro policies and the trend of the outline. We will continue to service the enterprises by helping them make full use of the support policies to solve the practical problems.

Secondly, we should enhance the cohesion of the industry to improve the integration service. We should integrate the requirement of the enterprises, and promote the internal cooperation of the association numbers in order to enhance the cohesion of the industry. This year we will work out the key projects and solutions for Tianjin outsourcing enterprises information services and launch competitive products and projects of the outsourcing industry. We will also coordinate industrial administrative departments in different ways, and promote the connection between the association and the main enterprises in order to develop new fields for the outsourcing industry with overall image and ability. This year we will conduct the connection work centering “Big Data Services Applications, E-commerce Applications and The Internet of things Applications”.

Thirdly, we should provide communication and training services for the talents of the enterprises. We will build Tianjin Service Outsourcing Talents Communication Website to provide enterprises with personnel recruitment and vocational training services. We will also establish a talent bank of outsourcing to release information about the supply and demand regularly. Onsite career fairs are held to promote the cooperation between the colleges and the enterprises. At the same time, we will organize training activities for the top management teams of the enterprises and conduct experiential activities to improve the management and leadership abilities for the supervisors. On the basis of equality, mutual benefit, voluntary participation, protection the original intellectual property and confidential business information, we will organize mutual help activities for the top talents to give full play to the role of them.

Fourthly, we should create a favorable external environment for the development of the outsourcing enterprises. This year, the association will focus on “implementing of the policies, talents employment and development environment” as the main research areas, and provide a reference for decision-making for the government. The association will also offer development strategies and professional consulting services for enterprises through establishing an advisory group. At the same time together with relevant parks we will conduct conversation activities with enterprises and listen to their comments or suggestions timely to establish an effective mechanism and smooth channels of communication between government and enterprises.

Fifthly, we should promote the investment invitation services. We will have a good cooperation with the Commerce Commission and the relevant departments to do well in the investment invitation work. We will also step up communication and coordination with leading enterprises domestic and abroad, and establish investment channels and project libraries, taking part in the promotion of the projects. Making use of the advantages of resources, grasping the opportunity of the transformation of Beijing’s outsourcing industry, we should use a variety of channels and platforms to promote the investment invitation work.

Sixthly, we should provide the enterprises with information exchange services. By establishing Tianjin Service Outsourcing Website, we can deliver the latest trends of outsourcing industry and information on enterprises for both the society and the association numbers. Establishing and perfecting the statistical analysis system of the association and doing a good job in implementing the system of Tianjin Outsourcing Enterprises Situation Quarterly Statement. We can guarantee that the enterprises will understand the present marketing trend better with our high quality services.

Seventhly, we should provide the outsourcing enterprises with good services in order to enhance its popularity and influence. Publicity the important influence of the Tianjin outsourcing enterprises on modern service industry such as innovation development, servicing the industry, promoting the export, obtaining employment and so on by various forms, we will continue to promote the communication among the enterprises and raise the status of the outsourcing industry in Tianjin’s service trade to contribute to the development of the industry.

The meeting site atmosphere was enthusiastic, and it plays a role in setting up models, bolstering the morale, promoting communication and study, strengthening the cohesion and so on. It also stimulates the initiative of the association numbers to develop the outsourcing industry in Tianjin.
