The First Strategic Development of Service Outsourcing Talents Forum was Held Successfully in Tianjin

On March 22nd, the first Strategic Development of Service Outsourcing Talents Forum was held successfully on the 2014 DGITS. Zhang Yunfei, Director of The Examination Management Center of National Service Outsourcing, hosted the forum. With well-known150 representatives companies like IBM, New Horizons, ICS&S and so on participated, the forum was well received.

Transition ceremony of ChinaSourcing School-Enterprise Alliance was held grandly

As a key spotlight of the forum, the launching ceremony of Talent Subsection of China’s Information Technology Services and Outsourcing Industry Alliance, and transition ceremony of ChinaSourcing School-Enterprise Alliance were officially held on the summit. VIPs like Qu Lingnian, Wang Rui, Zhang Jing, Guan Lian, Qi Haitao, Li Yingao, Liu Quan, Bao Hong all launched the ceremony and signed the charter.

As the first of its kind, ChinaSourcing School-Enterprise Alliance has contributed creatively to outsourcing talents training and the personnel standards and certification systems. By far, the school-enterprise alliance has covered a number of service outsourcing fields including ITO, BPO, KPO, etc., combining the whole China service outsourcing links together including industry chain as well as human resources chain. During the four-month period the preparatory to the establishment of this new school-enterprise alliance, a total of more than 70 units and individuals confirmed to join the alliance, which included 15 universities, 13 companies, 21 training institutions, 10 human resource agencies, 3 industrial organizations and 7 individual members.

In the future, the alliance will continue to serve as a bridge for exchange of human resources between schools and enterprises. At the same time, it will further expand its scale by attracting more outsourcing education and training institutions, human resources agencies, to provide strong support for China’s service outsourcing industry.

On the forum, Qu Lingnian, President of China’s Information Technology Services and Outsourcing Industry Alliance, issued a general acceptance speech, expressed his expectation that the alliance can gather all resources in a better way, turn the outsourcing talents resource to the best one in service outsourcing industry.

The Second Best Practices of Chinese Outsourcing Education/Training Institutes Started

On this forum, the award ceremony of the first Best China Service Outsourcing Talent Training Institute and the launch ceremony of The Second Best Practices of Chinese Outsourcing Education/Training Institutes Campaign were held. Mr. Wang Rui, secretary of ChinaSourcing School-Enterprise Alliance, awarded the first best institute and officially launched the campaign.

Best Practices of Chinese Outsourcing Education/Training Institutes Campaign is co-hosted by Devott Research Institute and National Human Resources Institute for Service Outsourcing. The campaign was welcomed widely in the industry. The first campaign was started in June 2013, during the four-month campaign period, there were 55 domestic well-known educational institutes and 38 training agencies registering for the campaign, above 65 percent of them also registered for the ISCC-based talents uation organized by NISO.

It is said that the second Best Practices of Chinese Outsourcing Education/Training Institutes Campaign added an award named “Best Human Resources Servicing Institute” on the previous award, so as to encourage more agencies and institutes contribute to the talents training, to achieve a better school-enterprise docking.

Mr. Wang Rui, Secretary of ChinaSourcing School-Enterprise Alliance, said, “Talent is the core and key elements of the development of China’s service outsourcing industry, its quality and adaptability decides the upgrade and potential of the entire industry. In the first campaign, there were a pile of great educational and training institutes standing out after their registration and the inspection of experts. The campaign aims to encourage those high-qualified institutes to promote China’s service outsourcing industry a more rapid and healthy development. In the newly started campaign this year, we expand the scale and scope of campaign, all service outsourcing educational institutes are welcomed to register and campaign.

The forum was a fruitful one with the signing ceremony of China’s Outsourcing Talents Project, and National Human Resources Institution for Service Outsourcing signing cooperation agreement with cities of Hefei, Qingdao, and Chengdu.

In addition, on the forum, there was another highlight--the signing ceremony of China Outsourcing Talent Cornerstone Project, on which Shi Hu, director of Cooperation Unit of National Human Resources Institution for Service Outsourcing, signed cooperation agreement with cities of Hefei, Qingdao, and Chengdu separately on the part of NISO.
 

Authorized representatives of the three cities all expressed their expectation of this cooperation, hoping that in the future they can work together to gradually implement this service outsourcing model throughout the whole industry chain, to truly improve the efficiency industrial authorities, governmental authorities to corporate, education and training institutions, reduce costs, thus to solve the problem of human resources in this industry. It is said that the two sides will cooperate in the future to achieve in-depth strategic cooperation on various aspects of personnel transport, and personnel support.

On the forum, high-end dialogue with theme of “Focus on the need for multi-talent, improve the talent system and achieve sustainable supply of talent" pushed the forum to a climax. And Zhang Jing, global vice president of Beyondsoft Corporation, Jiang Weiyou, president assistant of ChinaSoft International ed, vice president & COO of ETC, Xing Zhiming, government and solutions director of Career International Consulting Co., Ltd., Lin Jishuang, dean of International Service Outsourcing Institution of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Bao Hong, vice president of Beijing University, Gai Longjia, director of Human Resources of Neusoft Corporation, Wang Ying, executive vice dean of Suzhou Industrial Park Institution of Services Outsourcing all presented as dialogue guests and shared their insightful views.

Li Gang, manager of Yangtze River Delta Base of QST, founder of Jiangsu Ruipin Info. Tech. Co. Ltd., also gave a speech named Explore and Practice of Talent Training and Service in the Transitional Period of Service Outsourcing, which won attendee’s attention and compliment.
