The following is the speech:

Good morning every friend! The dialogue is excellent, today I bring data marketing for you, and I want to analyze problems from three aspects. The first problem is what the meaning of IT change? The second is what the change of IBM which used to be a leading traditonal company in IT industry? The third is the change of service outsourcing industry.

I have more than twenty years' experience of IT, I think that IT changes the current global mode a lot. There are three aspects of IT industry, the first thing is the high-quality computer and mass storage; the second is high-speed Internet; the third is unlimitted movement. The changes of real IT are from the changes of infrastructure, and bring impacts of many aspects, and the impacts lead the current IT application and software service, and they will transmigrate. After experiencing this transmigration, there are various softwares on everyone's machines, today we return to another status, we will have a cloud, big data center, still have various terminals, terminals can be a bracelet, a watch, a pair of glasses, a mobile phone, they are everywhere. And these will bring us a new reform of IT. About the third aspect, I want to say, as a worker of IT, I firstly feel that it doesn't restrict IT, it indeed impacts the traditional industry, I myself don't feel so deep, or to say such challenge.

For example, the impact of IT leads to the fatal impact of traditional industry, and some excellent managers, some excellent entrepreneurs begin to consider that how to reconstruct the current business mode, for instant, the software of taxi, some services, it impacts the management mode of current taxi industry. For example, all queues, such as cinema ticket, air ticket, rail ticket, hospital checking, all the queue systems can therefore fully digest, the traditional industry suffers huge impact for the customers. What the second impact? When we can get huge information on the Internet or on the mobile, you can find that you know more than your customers, customers also hope that you can know what they need, what problems they have, what products that customers used to buy, what changes that customers have, what responses that users of customers to customers, even know there is a lot online data of competitors of customers. I believe that the change of IT impacts the traditional industry, not only IT, but IT has responsibility on how to help our traditional industry go better and go further.

We make a survey about IT company, there are three aspects to show you that global 90% data is created in the past two years, the speed of data will be more fantastic in five years, ten years. I surf the Internet using mobile phone more than computer, I almost don't use the computer at home, most time I use mobile phone, IPAD, smart phones are well sold, and they bring more new thoughts for IT or our customers.

The second problem is that how IBM regards this thing.

The new era of IT is defined by three fundamental changes. IBM spends a lot of time purchasing data analysis companies, data analysis products. When there is more and more data, how will we analyze these data for our companies? The second point, when concentration became distribution, and now it becomes concentration again, the cloud anew settles our business, cloud is the method which carries on new business. The third point is mobile, it must have new systematic measure to help customers, let it communicate with its users, because this is a big change for the traditional industry, the origin traditional industry is restricted in one region, or in a relative space, time, for instance, maybe in Europe, maybe restricted in nations, but it is different now, all the enterprises can face the world. As a traditional enterprise, IBM deeply experiences the pressure from this reform, it begins to greatly reform.

I list four aspects for you.

The first we refer the data, the second we need to establish cloud, and we must have all platforms related with cloud, IBM costs one billion dollars, this company is specialized in system structure, infrastructure cloud, everyone could expand it very quickly, we begin to deploy in more than 40 countries, we must have relative basic application and service on this infrastructure, IBM invests one billion dollars, provides all customers on this platform, except these aspects, there is still one point that I admire very much, under the environment of current rapid reform of IT, there is not any company that can change, we must change it through cooperating, for example IBM cooperate with all excellent manufacturers at the bottom right corner, such Apple, Tencent and so on.

I spend a little time telling my opinions about software outsourcing.

I have fifteen to sixteen years' experiences of outsourcing industry, this time we involve data, cloud, mobile, and this brings many impacts to the outsourcing industry, I analyze some aspects for you.

1、Customers' business opinions, rapid delivery, flexible expansion. In the past ten years, the traditional outsourcing industry accumulated two aspects of good advantages, our understanding of culture, language, and we have time difference, in the meantime we make the businesses of Europe, America, Asia Pacific to one place to integrate, if the customer development is real in the future, we can provide global service in China, I think this is feasible, and this is the first advantage that we talk about.

2、The integration of front-end and back-end operation mode. We have lots of people in China, India, Philippines, and we have advantage of talents, many companies have large scales, and I think these are two big advantages, I personally want to talk about the crisis of IT. The first crisis is the mobile system of cloud data, I train over two hundred people to transform in IBM, our transformation speed is lower than we think, we must accelerate the transformation, in this way, we can take a share of the spoils of global IT market, there are many aspects of work in Europe, America, Africa, and these may be transplanted to India and Philippines, we must break through on the technology. The second aspect is our China's features, I believe that maybe we can think about a new mode, when the real cloud data, mobile and delivery are produced, our organizational structure, management structure and the understanding of customer business will all change. I spend over twenty years in IT, this is the first time that I feel this IT tide very deep, very tough, for more than twenty years, this is the first time that we no longer import from abroad, this time we see that some Internet companies in China and global Internet companies simultaneously drive the whole world's IT reform, and in the past, every language and every technology are imported from Europe and America, and China begins to follow.

At last, I think that outsourcing has bright future, but the challenge is still tough, and thank you every body!
