On Mar 21st, 9 am in the morning, the 2014 DGITS was solemnly opened in Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Center Hotel.

DGITS was organized by Devott Co., Ltd., which was held once a year. It had been successfully held twice, and this year was its third year. The theme of the conference was: Crossover • Integration - New Boundaries of IT & Outsourcing.
