Capital is a gimmick to support internet companies increasing the amount of users and attracting more attention in early period, but is it useful? Analyzing the cases of losers, they failed because of lacking of capital, but the most important reason is their weakness in technology, or management or team or even strategy that eventually can no longer attract the interest from investors. Although there still has a little space for us to consider the rationality of this competitive mode in market, however, companies should always put their attention on improving competitive abilities and strength, getting more and more users and capital via improving users’ experiences continuously so as to enlarge ecosystem chain and realize large-scale and digitization. That is a health development mode of internet.
