Devott believes that intelligent parks should have four capabilities: The first is comprehensive perception capability, which needs to be realized via basic data that produced from a lot of sensors and perception equipments. The second is interconnection capability, which means how to transfer the data to the operation system center of parks timely. The third is collaborative innovation capability, which means to gather the security protection, company services and company management on one platform to accomplish linkage service. The last one is universal service capability, which means to gather Data Island, Information Island, and Platform Island to integrate characteristic needs from each department of the parks.
