The Transaction Amount of E-Commerce Reached RMB 2.05 Trillion in the Third Quarter of 2012

In the third quarter of 2012, the transaction amount of China’s e-commerce market reached RMB 2.05 trillion, increased 38.51% year on year, up 9.6% month on month, among which, the market transaction scale of B2B e-commerce achieved 1.7 trillion, grew 30% year on year. Expert says, affected by the economic situation of weak external demand and insufficient domestic demand, the demand of electronic trading industry is insufficient, the transaction amount in the fourth quarter may be only 1.8 trillion.
